• 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste / extract

• 155 g All purpose flour, plain

• 110 g Castor sugar
• 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
• 6 g Cream of tartar
• 300 g Dark chocolate, dairy-free
• 150 g Plain flour
Oils & Vinegars
• 30 ml Sunflower oil
Drinks
• 1 Coffee
• 1 tbsp Coffee granules, fine ground
• 1 Ice water
Dairy
• 75 g Butter, dairy-free
• 3 tbsp Natures charm oat condensed milk
• 1 can Natures charm oat whipping cream
• 10 g Vanilla / plain yogurt, dairy-free
Other
• 90ml of aquafaba (chickpea brine)
