Pine is the wood that is used to make each shelf and each piece of wood when cut and stained displays its own natural characteristics leaving each and every one a little different but equally beautiful. You will not find a better product or shelf on the market. Quality and customer service is our mission and you will not be disappointed in this product. Each shelf is made to order and will slightly vary in wood characteristics and color. This means that some pieces may have more knots or cracks than others and this is truly the beauty of this product. We will do our very best to capture the colors that are displayed in the pictures but please keep in mind that different variables such as wood grain and computer/phone screens could make the color appear slightly different. In addition our shelves have exposed nail holes to add to the rustic look. These can be filled upon request. These shelves are great for adding organization and style to a bathroom, kitchen, nursery or any living space.
