Goal Setting Worksheet 1
I work with AVID students at various levels 7th - 11th grade in MISD. It is very important that the AVID students set goals, whether they be personal or academic. I have created a one page goal setting sheet that can be worked into any goal setting activity for any grade level. I created this after looking at numerous other sheets created by others, and I saw things I liked in each one, but decided to create my own so that I waws happy with it. I hope you all find this useful.
