These healthy truffles are made with dates, cashews, walnuts, almond butter, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and cinnamon! They are coated in dark chocolate and sprinkled with dried rosebuds. Perfect for Valentine's Day or any day you want to treat yourself!

• 1/2 cup Almond butter, natural
Baking & Spices
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tsp Coconut oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1/2 cup Cashews
• 1 tbsp Chia seeds
• 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
• 1/2 cup Walnuts
Other
• 2 Bars (3.2 ounces each) chocolove dark chocolate (i used the 70%!), chopped
• dried rosebuds for decorating
