This lentil bread only needs a few ingredients and makes that perfect snack, working from home lunch, work lunch or picnic that you can just grab and go. Nutritious, packed with protein and super delicious. A true Wowzer!
Ingredients

• 1 pinch Chilli flakes
• 10 sprigs Dill, fresh
• 2 cups Red lentils
• 6 Spring onions / scallions
Refrigerated
• 4 Eggs, medium
Condiments
• 1 handful Olives
Baking & Spices
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
• 1 Red pepper, medium
• 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Oils & Vinegars
• 50 ml Olive oil
Dairy
• 100 g Cheddar cheese
• 200 g Feta cheese
• 1 cup Greek yoghurt

• 1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate ((small teaspoon) 1/2 U.S. teaspoon *)
