Homemade Curry Powder

This is my original curry powder recipe. Easy to make & tastes extremely better than the commercial curry powder you buy in the supermarket.
Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Coriander, ground
• 1/8 cup Ginger, ground
Baking & Spices
• 1/8 cup Black pepper, fresh ground
• 1/8 cup Cardamom, ground
• 1/8 cup Cinnamon, ground
• 1 tsp Mace, ground
• 1 tsp Nutmeg, freshly ground
• 2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 Tblsp ground cloves
• 1 Tblsp ground turmeric
Nuts & Seeds
• 1/8 cup Cumin, ground
Other
• 1 Tblsp ground dry mustard
