• 2 tsp Corn syrup, light
Baking & Spices

• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/4 cup Butter-flavored shortening
• 9 tbsp Granulated sugar
• 2 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
• 1 tsp Maple extract
• 4 cups Powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 Peanut oil
Liquids
• 1 cup Water
• 1/3 cup Water, hot
Other
• 3 & 1/2 cups bread flour* (spooned and leveled, you can use up to 4 cups)
