• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 4 tablespoons granulated sugar

• Generous ½ cup homemade vanilla pudding
• 2 cups diced assorted fresh fruit (such as berries, kiwi, grapes, cherries, peaches, etc (see notes))
• 2 tablespoons apricot preserves (optional)
