Mysterious stranger outfit
This is a remake of the Mysterious Stranger from Fallout 3, Although this outfit is only used for perk that has a chance of spawning in VATS I decided it was important to remake instead of using the vault tec rep outfit. For us at CW its important we deliver a authetic BGS like experience to our players and this is just one of those little extra things we remake for the extra level of immersion.
