6 STERLING Silver Pistol Handle Butter Knives in Fitted Case 1917 Harrison Brothers & Howson

A set of 6 sterling silver pistol handle butter knives, fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1917. These vintage elegant 6-5/8" sterling handle spreaders have the maker's mark for Harrison Brothers & Howson of Sheffield England. The blades are silver plate. The plush and silk lined fitted box has the retailer's gold stamp for Charles Packer & Co. Ltd. of London. The black textured paper wrapped 8-3/8" x 6-1/4" box has gold highlights and a push-button release. This set is in excellent vintage condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a touch of staining to some of the steel blades (no pitting) and a few minor edge rubs to the box. Sterling silver will have signs of use and patina as would be expected. GUARANTEE: ALL of our items are from the period listed.
