Hit my 209th workout last week 🤯 209 just tracking in my current app because lord knows I’ve done A LOT more 😂 I’ve done 209 workouts even tho: 👉I’ve gotten sick 👉I took time off for vacation 👉I’ve had injuries and I have to workout around them 👉I’ve had days where the last thing I want to do is workout I’m 209 in just last from last even through all the mayhem that goes on because the goals don’t stop when things don’t go to plan 🙌 What movements would you like to try from this work...
