Tuscan Mar-Tea-Ni

Serving Size: 1 serving
  • 2 oz Uncle Val's gin
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz black tea syrup*
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake until we’ll chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
    * To make the black tea syrup: Add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Lower heat and add two black tea bags stirring for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 1-2 minutes. Allow to cool and add to an airtight container. Store refrigerated for up to three weeks.
