Checklist for the bathroom but designed to use fold up flaps instead of separate velcro items to indicate completion. It includes eight steps to toileting from beginning to end. This could be used for all ages with special needs who require visual prompts. Also includes directions to suggest where to cut and add velcro dots. Velcro dots can be purchased at the 99 Cents Only Store. Do not use cardstock paper unless you have thicker laminating sheet, heavier than 5ml.
