What I eat in a day! I get asked for a daily food vlog almost every day so here you go! I have been vegan for 7 years. I can’t believe it’s been that long. I always thought veganism was hard but my experience is the exact opposite! I used to hate to cook but now I LOVE it! I try not to eat a lot of processed food. I love lentils, chickpeas, & any kind of bean especially black beans! The protein powder I’m using is from @vegaplantnutrition - I use it in my smoothies or just plain with water 2
