Applesauce by Ree Drummond / The Pioneer Woman, via Flickr. 10/17/13. Heaven. I didn't peel or core the apples. Removed stem, quartered, and cooked down with the apple juice,cinnamon, lemon, and brown sugar. Let cool a bit and then into the food mill. Awesome, virtually no waste! Put 2 large canning jars in the freezer and one in the fridge...YUM!!
