For those of you on Weight Watchers Freestyle, I came up with a 3 day meal plan using only 0 point foods on the Weight Watchers Freestyle Plan. I thought it would be interesting to see what I could come up with on a whim. Now, I know Weight Watchers does not promote this way of dieting. But I thought doing this would be helpful should you be struggling with a weight plateau, planning an upcoming vacation or even short on cash and you just have the basic foods on hand.
