"I never wish to be parted from you from this day on." - Mr Darcy, Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen -

- Story of my life

After I read a good book, I have a hard time coping with reality. So true!

My life.

This is so funny to me because I always make jokes about how many books I have all over the house that haven't even been cracked open, yet I'll still go to the bookstore and buy about 10 books that look like "good reads".

Oh, how I love reading!

So i decided I'm going to have have one room in my house dedicated to awesomely weird stuff, antiques, books, etc. Think Hogwart's Room of requirement / A. McQueen's cabinet of curiosities kinda thing.

I love all of her books, but especially this one.

A Wrinkle in Time (Madeleine L'Engle's Time Quintet) I home schooled my daughter from to grade. This was My favorite read.our children can teach us so many wonderful things.I still love Madeleine L'Engle's books.

Book instructions

Books Dos and Don'ts. Although it might be a very good idea to fight bears and vampires with books.

This is my favorite novel.

Happy Birthday to F. Scott Fitzgerald, born on this day in The cover art for his famous novel "The Great Gatsby" was complete before the book itself. Fitzgerald loved it so much he decided to write it into the novel.

Love Jane Austen

Whether Sense and Sensibility is an old favorite or a new-to-you text, the Insight Edition is the edition you should read.

On my "to read" list

Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns) - Mindy Kaling. It turns out she wrote some of my favourite episodes of The Office. Like the one where Michael steps on a Foreman Grill and Dwight gets a concussion. So funny!

Although it's not even considered a true novel (it's a novella, shorter than a novel and longer than a short story), it's an amazing story.

The Time Machine by H. Wells One of the fathers of science fiction, H. Wells, coined the term "time machine," which inspired f*ture science fiction writers to let their imagination run free. Many authors have attempted a sequel to the dystopia.
