Selected Malvasia grapes left to dry in the vineyard and harvested the month of December. The must, with a high percentage of sugar, after a partial fermentation, is placed in small oak barrels for perfect aging. Refined at length in the bottle, Malvasia DOC Passito Gocce di Memoria is an extremely fascinating and beguiling wine: intense bouquet, characteristic taste, full body and, at the same time, extremely delicate. It is considered the GOLD OF PODERE CASALE.
