Jalapeno Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls | Followed the directions, I did not doctor them. They were just alright, if you had something specifically in mind like Texas chili night they would work, but they're not a potluck show stopper by any means.

The Everything English Muffin: tastes exactly like an everything bagel, with just 1/3 of the calories!! Author calls it a home seed blend...looks delish! | ...and it is delish! I love this mix! It was super cheap, got all the ingredients out of the bulk section at winco and it really is like an everything bagel.

I just tried to visit her site and its gone. So here are the instructions from Lori Yates: While I’m a big fan of homemade spice blends, this seasoning mix is more of a seed blend. It couldn’t be simpler: just stir together 2 teaspoons each dried minced garlic, poppy seeds and sesame seeds; and 1 teaspoon each caraway seeds and kosher salt (optional). This will give you enough seasoning mix for several weeks worth of muffins – just store it in an airtight container. Enjoy!

Original Pin said, "This is SOOO good and good for you! 2 ingredient cake Mix together, 1 Angel Food cake mix (dry) and 1, 20 or 22 ounce can of fruit pie filling. That's it! Bake in an ungreased 9x13 pan at 350 for 28-30 minutes. It will puff up." When there are 3 capital Os you come to expect something more spectacular than just blueberry flavored sticky angel food cake. It was just alright, nothing to write home about.

Swedish pancakes (very similar to crepes): turned out very well, altered things just a touch from a youtube video. The gal added the melted butter right before she cooked them. Its important to let the batter rest 15-30 min for the gluten to relax.

Followed these instructions for baking Nonna's Spaghetti and Meatballs - Baked Meatballs Recipe : Alton Brown : Food Network

Slow Cooker Spaghetti & Meatballs | Used what we had on hand and this turned out very well. It was sooo delish. For the meatballs, everything seasoning crackers crushed for the breadcrumbs, sausage for the ground pork and Romano cheese. The sauce, whole tomatoes with some sugar added (because we couldn't find canned whole Roma tomatoes) and tomato puree substituted for passata. Then I followed Alton Brown's guidelines for cooking in the oven except on a cookie sheet.

Simple Roasted Butternut Squash | This has become a go-to side dish. Its so easy. The hard part is cutting up the squash, drizzle olive oil season and roast. Yum.

Pumpkin Dump Cake | An easy fall dessert that tastes amazing...just "dump" it all together! This easy recipe sounds really good! | This was too sweet for us, it had good flavor, but between the sugar in the mix and the added sugar it calls for, it was just too sweet. We might try it again next fall and not add sugar.

Yucatan Lime Soup from FoodNetwork.com | Made this recipe (I did use more chicken than it called for) and it turned out quite well. I will make it again sometime. It made a lot of Emeril's seasoning if you don't already have it. So make sure you have a larger seasoning container to put it all in.

Cream of something soup dry mix. Was easy to assemble and the noodle recipe with it is good. This also works well in the old school chicken recipe.

This was so good my brother and his girlfriend ate half of it before I was done cutting up the fruit. I also added a dash of vanilla and suggest using powdered sugar if you have it. -- lemon cheesecake cheese ball...Served with green apples, strawberries, nilla wafers, and graham crackers.

Better as fruit dip (make a larger ball and roll in coconut): Pineapple Coconut Snowballs Recipe ~ 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened. 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained. 2-1/2 cups flaked coconut. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple until combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll into 1-in. balls; roll in coconut. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Yield: about 2 dozen.

Mini Pumpkin Pie Croissants....I usually like these sorts of things, but this one not so much. Even with the time saving pre-made croissants, it seemed like a lot of work for a whole lot of meh. Plus I even had a lot of filling left over after putting in generous amounts for each mini-croissant.

Probably never cooking bacon on the stove top again - Cook bacon in the oven. Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil first. We do 375 for about 20 min instead of 400 for ten because the lower and slower the more fat renders out. Then all the bacon is done at the same time, meanwhile you were free to make the rest of breakfast. - Martha Stewart
