Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie Ingredients: Single serving container of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, made with real sugar and not artificial sweetener Small apple of choice, chopped with skin on 1/4 cup unsweetened whey protein powder 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Ice Directions: Combine yogurt, apple, protein powder and water in a blender. Whip until smooth. Add peanut butter, cinnamon and a handful of ice. Whip to desired consistency.
