South Solitary Island

Located 18kms from Coffs Harbour, NSW. The lighthosue was automated in 1975, all residents leaving at that time and the buildings left abandoned. National Parks and Wildlife with Precision Helicopters conduct tours of the island just once a year. No public access is allowed and visitation can only be made via helicopter.
