Premier Homes builds quality custom homes in Walworth County in southeastern Wisconsin as well as northern Illinois. History: In 1997, owner Eric Gostomski started Premier Homes. Prior to that he functioned as a Superintendent/Expeditor for another local General Contractor. Many years later, best friend and local home inspector, Chad Beck, joined Premier Homes as a partner. Before becoming a licensed home inspector, Chad had worked for many years in masonry, carpentry and finish carpentry.
