Crock pot potatoes: 5 lbs potatoes (skins on, quartered), 2 sticks butter, 1 c. onion soup mix, salt & pepper. In the Crockpot on low for 4 hours (stir once butter is melted), and you're good to go! (this took longer than 4 hours. next time I'll cook on high and add a little bit of water). Yummy, easy side dish!
Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie Trifle - This is a peanut butter lovers dream! My favorite is the rich and creamy layers of peanut butter cream and chocolate pudding. Next time I will add some salted peanuts on top.
