Japanese Hot Pot
This winter, get cozy with a Japanese Hot Pot recipe straight from Lindsay's Grandma. Start by seasoning chicken with salt and letting it marinate for 15 to 30 minutes. Combine chicken broth, sake, mirin, and soy sauce in the hot pot, along with the bottom part of napa cabbage. Cover and set over medium-high heat. When broth boils, turn down the heat to simmer, adding the chicken and the rest of the ingredients. Cover and bring back to a simmer for 3-5 minutes until everything is cooked through.

Raspberry Chipotle Pork Tenderloin
There aren’t many ways to improve pork, but a Raspberry Chipotle Pork Tenderloin might do the trick. First, season meat with pepper, salt, garlic salt, sugar while heating the skillet to medium-high heat & heating the oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat in a skillet, then place in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove meat & place the skillet back into the oven with wine, honey, butter & raspberry chipotle sauce until it reduces. Drizzle onto tenderloin when done. Top with a garnish & serve!

Dallas BBQ legends, The Reaves Brothers, shared their Seared Salmon & Fruit Salsa recipe, a dish that’s as full of flavor as it is fresh. First, season your salmon with salt, garlic salt, and black pepper. Next, set stove to medium/high heat. Once done, sear salmon in skillet with olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes. To finish, chop strawberries, kiwi, jalapeno, and cilantro in a bowl. Add salt, orange juice and prosecco, then spread over the salmon.
