Yummy Supper: QUINOA + KALE PATTIES It was weird. They had taste yet were bland. They need a sauce or something. They were easy to put together, didn't need much oil to brown, and stayed together. Did it just like the recipe said. No toppings though.

husband really liked them. next time I'll try with green onions vs kale: Sweet Potato Kale and Quinoa Fritters - they are sooo yummy. I used springonions instead of kale, oatmeal instead of panko and just one egg. I love them!
