SPINACH CHIPS: 2 large handfuls of spinach, 1 Tbsp olive oil, Tbsp Italian herb seasoning, tsp sea salt. Bake at 350 for minutes. Can also use garlic instead of Italian herb seasoning. Note: adding the salt after they are done baking makes them crispier.
AVOCODO EGG SALAD 2 hard boiled eggs chopped 2 small avocados 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt(Chobani) 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons chopped green onion teaspoon Dijon mustard Salt and black pepper. This is an egg salad i would eat!
hummus spinach dip: This Was AWESOME! Maybe better than regular spinach dip! I used a container of Sabra traditional store bought hummus. I also tossed in about a can (drained) of artichoke hearts in with food processor with the spinach.
