Whole Wheat Zucchini Carrot Oatmeal Muffins (Yellow Bliss Road) - These were pretty good, but not as good as I hoped. I used craisins instead of raisins. Maybe I will try again - I put in more veggies than called for and that may have thrown it off a bit.
FAIL. I could have done something wrong, but when it says banana OAT muffins, they weren't kidding. I'm not a huge fan of oats, but you have to love them to chow these down. I made a cream cheese frosting on top which made it better but not by much.
