***** Used bone-in skin-on thighs and white potatoes cut in wedges. Cooked in crockpot on low. Potatoes were perfect in 4 hours...chicken only needs 3 hours. Next time will start potatoes first with some bacon and onion, then add chicken one hour later
Black Bean Salad - Changed this recipe up a bit… ok a good bit. Black Beans, Diced Onions, Sliced Cherry Tomatoes, diced avocado. Dressing: Juice of 1 Lemon, 1 Lime, Drizzle EVOO, Drizzle Honey to balance, Garlic Salt, Pepper, Diced Cilantro. YUM!!
