jalapeno deviled eggs, made 10/7/12. Good flavor. BUT. The "deviled" was too runny. It didn't sit up, it pooled in the egg cup in this mustardy lake and leaked down the sides. Next time? I'll be changing the yoke to other-goop ratio. Because there WILL be a next time. I was licking the runny deviled lakes off the serving platter. Look for it this week, in fact.
