Apple cinnamon minis 1 1/2 C flour 3/4 C sugar 1/2 TSP salt 2 TSP baking powder 1-2 TSP cinnamon 1/3 C oil 1 egg 1/2 C milk 2 apples (green or red) peeled and diced small ( I actually use a cheese grader to mince mine) my kids r fussy about chunks lmao Bake at 350 20-25 mins depending on your oven However in this pan it took about 15 mins
