Currently weighing 187 and I think I'll lose one more pound and call it a wrap on my cut. Diet has been enjoyable, still eating foods I like and not feeling hungry. If you need help with yours you can get one of my custom meal plans!
Just doing my maintenance thing for the summer, lifting heavy and staying lean. Cals are around 2500/day with one cheat meal per week. I'll be reverse dieting back up to the 2800/day range but I don't think I'll be able to go higher and maintain this body fat %. Feeling good though so I don't mind it.
