Bruschetta.... I use fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic, lots of crushed dried oregano, a bit of dried basil, salt, pepper, a dash of garlic salt and olive oil and a bit of red wine vinegar....and I am always told it's the best bruschetta they've ever had....easy peasy
I like the idea of using a larrge round board to hold the appetizers. I actually have a large turn table that could probably be used like this. Then you can put everything on it and just turn the board to what you want! Appetizer Board
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. (or any marinade will do). Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix to coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours. Prepare a medium fire in a grill. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes before use.
