Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine *wedding workout
make sure that you have 4 teaspoons of lemon juice, 3 teaspoons of plain yogurt, 4 tablespoons of honey, and 1 egg white. Mix all four ingredients together and let sit on your scars for 15 minutes. When the 15 minutes are done, simply rinse with warm water.
Get a bucket of warm water, add a cup of epsom salt, let dissolve. place your feet in bucket of water/epsom salt mixture for 30 minutes. Remove your feet and gently scrub with a toothbrush to remove all loose, dry skin. Rinse feet with water and pat dry.
