Prior I worked in Education and Tourism, authored an industry textbook “Destination Marketing” and numerous professional journal articles. Raised in Oakland, CA, graduated San Francisco State University with a BA in communication, a MA in organizational communications, doctoral studies at the University of Nebraska. U.S. Navy Officer serving a tour in Vietnam.
