MUSEUM TRIP by Barbara Lehman - On a field trip to an art museum, a little boy stops to tie a lace and loses his class. Obvious alarm at the multiplicity of empty corridors branching out before him gives way to curiosity as he enters a small room with a display case of mazes—and then he’s in the mazes, moving from one to the other with happy accomplishment until he is awarded a medal at the center of the very last.
Museum Trip - a story about a little boy on a school field trip to a museum, gets lost, and soon finds himself in the art. This wordless book by Barbara Lehman has a clear strong message – that if exposed children can loose themselves in art, it opens a new world with new adventures before unseen!

This is a wordless book. I use it when I talk about story language. I tell children they could write one sentence that tells what this book is about- ‘A little girl went to the beach and had fun.’ Or they can say something much richer like “Splash! Splash! I play in the waves.” That’s story language. I have them turn and talk and come up with rich story language for each page.

Wave - a wordless picture book
Great idea! -- This is a wordless book.
Wave by Suzy Lee was published in 2008. This wordless book shows illustrations of a day at the beach. This book would be wonderful for promoting language. It would allow the children to tell their own story, which would also promote literacy by using the pictures to infer what’s happening.

Rainstorm by Barbara Lehman. A lovely wordless book. "It can be lonely sometimes on a rainy day in a big house with no one else around and there’s only the quiet to keep you company. Flotsam by David Wiesner! Beautifully illustrated and imaginative! If you are into wonderful children's book illustrations, anything by Wiesner will do!
WORDLESS BOOKS - FLOTSAM Flotsam is a wordless picture book by, again, David Wiesner. In this book the main character goes through a series of emotions after finding a camera washed up on the beach. He finds a mystery trail of pictures within a picture. He decides he would like to carry on the creative chain and takes a picture of himself then tosses the camera back to the ocean for the next person to find. The book leaves the end pretty open ended for the child to imagine what could happen next.
Flotsam by David Wiesner. 2007 Caldecott Medal Award winner. A wordless story of a young boy at the beach who finds an underwater camera and the secrets it holds

Good Dog, Carl book depository amazon by Alexandra Day is a fun book, if you can get over the fact that a mother leaves her baby in the charge of a rottweiler! With endearing illustrations and lots of humour, we follow the baby's adventures during their eventful day, including sliding down the laundry chute and swimming in the fish tank. Carl, the rottweiler, then bathes the infant, cleans up all the mess and waits nonchalantly for the mother to come home. Wordless Book

Good Dog, Carl by Alexandra Day, "Look after the baby, Carl, I'll be back shortly." A great children's book
Good Dog, Carl -- by Alexandra Day. Excellent series of picture books for kids.
Good Dog, Carl By Alexandra Day Wordless book The mother leaves the child with the dog. They dog and child have fun throughout the day. But right before the mother gets home, the dog puts the baby back in the crib and cleans the house up. Little kids love the dog in the book. The dog can have such a mean character if it is trained that way but they can be very protective of kids if they are trained for that too. Ironic book.
Fun story, many googly eyes!

Good Night, Gorilla by Peggy Rathmann - Children's Book
If you are pregnant, I will give you this book at your shower. I don't want to spoil the story for anyone, but it's the first kids' book I read as an adult that elicited a guffaw from me. "Good Night, Gorilla", you go you sassy little monkey.
Good Night, Gorilla by Peggy Rathmann, I would argue this is better than Goodnight Moon. Each time I read it I notice new little details - the matching keys, the red balloon, etc - and that lil' gorilla is just so darn lovable and mischievous. ★★★★★

Good Night Gorilla by Peggy Rathmann: Practically wordless yet full of expressive art and hilarious, adorable detail...one of my girls' favorite books! :)
"Tuesday": Another winner from David Wiesner. Frogs in a pond resting on their lily pads lift off, using their pads as a sort of botanical magic carpet. They zoom all over town, through a woman's living room, going back to their pond at sunrise. This multi-award winning book is a little bit science fiction, a little bit noir, and all in all a real treat.

Tuesday: David Wiesner: a top 100 kids book
Tuesday by david wiesner - Wordless book and Caldecott medal- This book illustrates strange events that happen throughout the day. The pictures allow the reader to use their imagination to depict why these events are happening .
Winner of a Caldecott Medal Award and also one of the ALA Children’s Book titles, this is one that will become a favorite from the first time you read it. David Wiesner has used more imagination than anything else with this story that is more pictures than words. With the colorful and vibrant illustrations, you can ‘read’ the book by looking at the pictures. Frogs are the focus, enjoying themselves as only frogs can, on lily pads, in the swamp, and into town, the frogs are out to have fun. That is until morning comes. Tuesday night is their time and enjoying this book with a little one may make it your time too.
