Lunch~ kale salad with mixed nuts, pears and craisins on top- dressing is balsamic. A coconut KindBar for dessert :) mmm. Meal 4- flaxseed crackers & tabouleh! Then Perfect Fit Protein with chocolate Zico coconut for after my workout. #LoveYourBody
