3 c finely crushed cookies (plus 1/2 cup for dusting) 8oz cream cheese Mix really well Use a tiny ice cream scoop and get to scoopin. Roll each truffle into a ball. Shove sticks in truffle Freeze for 30 minutes Dip in melted chocolate. (I used a double broiler...which is a clear glass mixing bowl on top of a simmering pot of water and stir til smooth.) Place on wax or parchment paper Dust with extra cookie crumbs. And ur done! So worth it!
