be sure to use apple cider vinegar. i dont know if it will end the cold/sore throat sooner, but its actually really yummy. It tastes very similar to hot apple cider, but a little tart (could probably cut back the lemon or ACV to reduce the tartness). and it's gotta be better for you than the store bought apple cider drink pouches .....
