Overnight Oats:  Mason Jar  1/2 c Old Fashioned Oats  1/2 c Greek Yogurt, any flavor  2/3 c Nonfat or Lowfat Milk  Fresh fruit and any yummy (healthy) additives of your choice    Add the oats to the bottom, next the milk, then the Greek yogurt, add 1 T of milled flax or Chia seeds.  Stir and finally top with 1/4 cup pureed blackberries.  Now, stick it in the fridge and wait ‘til mornin.
