Copycat Cheesecake Factory Shrimp Scampi this is my ABSOLUTE favorite recipe EVER!! I've made it no less than a dozen times and it has come out perfect EVERY time. I made it with chicken once (rather than shrimp) and it STILL turned out phenomenal!
Bacon & Asparagus Pasta - used two pounds of asparagus and two of fettuccini and just used frozen bacon bits, bacon grease for cooking some chicken tenders, and added spinach and garlic. Didn't have any wine so used broth. Nice and light and easy
