Margarita Popsicles (with Tequila). Great for a summer party / BBQ, and they're so easy to make! Yum!
Onds Milk, Summer Parties, May 5, Summer Bbq, Creamy Margaritas, Daisies Popsicles, Condensed Milk, Orange Juice, Popsicles Sticks
Margarita Popsicles (with Tequila) Creamy Margarita Popsicles PrintThese popsicles really taste like popsicles, not just frozen liquid that’s almost impossible to enjoy. They’re extremely easy to make, and they’ll be perfect for your Cinco de Mayo celebration or a warm summer day outside with friends.Author: MorganRecipe type: CocktailServes: 12Ingredients1¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 8 limes), plus 4 limes for stabilizing the popsicle sticks1 (14oz) can of sweetened condensed milk1 cup water¼ cup tequila2 tablespoons orange juice (optional)Kosher salt or margarita saltYou will also need:12 (3oz) Dixie cupsSmall popsicle sticks or craft spoonsA pitcher or large cocktail shakerDirectionsIn a pitcher or large cocktail shaker, combine the lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, water, tequila, and orange juice. It is important to combine the ingredients in a container that has a spout because it will make it much easier to pour the mix into cups.Line out the Dixie cups on a baking sheet, so it will be easy to transport them to the freezer. Fill each Dixie cup 90% of the way with the tequila mixture.Slice the limes into ¼ inch thick rounds. Push a craft spoon through the center of each lime round, so that half of the stick pokes out from each side. Top the mixture with the lime sticks. Make sure the lime is resting directly on top of the tequila mixture.Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight. When ready to remove the popsicles from the Dixie cups, simply snip a small cut in the rim of each cup and peel them away from the popsicle. Place the popsicles onto a dish with crushed ice to keep them from melting too quickly, Sprinkle the tops generously with kosher salt, and serve.
Margarita Popsicles (with Tequila). Great for Cinco de Mayo or a summer BBQ - They have sweetened condensed milk which I've been known to drink on occasion...

lemon ice cubes for a punch bowl or ice tea pitcher. great idea.
Freeze lemon slices in your ice cubs to upgrade your water. Use muffin tins to fill pitchers or punch bowls.
Lemon Lime Ice Cubes for Pitchers: Make sure that there is a big, level space in your freezer for the muffin pan. Thinly slice up lemons and limes. Place two or three slices of lemon and/or lime in each section of the muffin tin. Carefully fill the muffin pan with water. Freeze overnight. Pop out a few of the ice cubes and place in a large pitcher. Add water or iced tea. Notes: You could also make these ice cubes with iced tea so that they don't dilute your beverage as they melt.

White Sangria! The original pin said this was Malibu and Pineapple Rum Punch, which I'm sure would be equally delicious. Maybe soak the fruit in Malibu/pineapple rum and then add white wine or sprite?

Malibu and Pineapple Rum Punch. #Cocktails #summer #drinks
Malibu and Pineapple Rum Punch. ◦1 bottle good quality fruity white wine, like pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc ◦1/4 cup orange liqueur ◦1 medium peaches, washed, pitted and sliced (about 1 1/2 cups) ◦1 cup strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced ◦1 orange, thinly sliced ◦1 cup green grapes, halved ◦1 cup bing cherries, pitted and halved ◦Ice ◦fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional) ◦simple syrup (see below; you’ll need water and sugar)
White Sangria Prep Time: 15 minutes Chill time: 2 hours Level: Easy Serves: 4-6 Ingredients: 1 bottle good quality fruity white wine, like pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc 1/4 cup orange liqueur 1 medium peaches, washed, pitted and sliced (about 1 1/2 cups) 1 cup strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced 1 orange, thinly sliced 1 cup green grapes, halved 1 cup bing cherries, pitted and halved Ice fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional) simple syrup (see below; you’ll need water and sugar) In a large pitcher, mix the white wine and orange liqueur. Add the peaches, strawberries, orange slices, grapes and cherries. Stir all to combine. Refrigerate 2 hours. To make a simple syrup, boil about one and a half cups water and stir in enough sugar to sweeten to taste. Stir often and reduce down to about half, or until you have about a cup of syrup, 5-8 minutes. Cool completely. Stir in the simple syrup prior to serving and sweeten to taste. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint if desired. Notes: In case you’re curious, I opted for a Francis Ford Coppola pinot grigio. The husband and I are Coppolla wine fans, both red and white. Knew I couldn’t go wrong there. Yes, it was tart at first, but it mingled well with the added sweetener. If you want to make a double recipe, just double the wine and orange liqueur; there’s plenty of fruit in the recipe for this. Just let the sangria rest in the fridge slightly longer the achieve a fruitier taste, if that’s the desired result. Peach schnapps would be a good substitute for the orange liqueur. Play with your fruit combinations if you’d like. Try whichever fruits look best that day in your market, but I do personally advise at least using orange slices, peaches and strawberries if you can get them that day. Most sangria recipes call for soda water added in right before serving, just a splash or two. However, I’ve never had sangria where it was added in, say, a restaurant. We prefer it without, but know it’s an option if it appeals to you.
Christmas Cranberry Mojitos: Another tasty thing from the world of alcoholic beverages we can turn around. Using my go-to standards to replace the bite of the booze (apple cider vinegar and/or ginger ale, both diluted by a white soda or soda water) can replace any champagne or gin based beverage. The vinegar is also present in many weight-loss tricks!
