Easy Strawberry Cake-Even though a layered cake makes a nice presentation, I recommend baking this in a 9x13 pan . The fresh strawberries added to the cream cheese frosting make it sort of runny (not like a glaze, though). By baking it in the oblong pan, the frosting is contained within the pan. I baked & took this to church last night, and it was a big hit. Everyone loved it. I'll definitely be making this one often.
