Apple Cider Vinegar Cleanses 1 C water 1-2 caps full of ACV Mix in honey for taste ACV 2: Blend 1 C ACV 1 C raw honey 8 cloves garlic Mix 1 minute on high. Store in glass container in refrigerator. Take 2 tsp every morning b4 breakfast mix in water/juice. 3rd recipe: •Chop small onion & 3 cloves garlic. Put in jar jar w/ honey. Let sit for 2 weeks. Strain. Honey will b thin & syrupy Add 2/3 C raw ACV to 1/3 C of honey Mix 1 T of ACV/honey in juice/water every morning.
