For the sauce melt one small box (or half a large one) of velveeta mexican cheese in the microwave. once melted add in one can of wolfe brand chili (no beans) to it and stir until all is combined. then after the enchilladas have baked for about 20-25 minutes top with the cheese sauce and bake another 10-15 minutes. hmmm yummy. of course you don't have to do it this way, but i frankerecipe alot so what the hey.
