THM (S) breads made from Special Agent Brownie recipe (from Rebekah Miller) Follow the recipe using white beans, and omit the cocoa powder. Divide the batter into thirds in separate bowls. I used 1/3 - 1/2 cup blueberries for the blueberry loaf and sprinkled with cinnamon. For the banana nut, I added 1/2 Tbs of banana extract and a handful of chopped walnuts, and for the chocolate loaf I added about 2 heaping Tbsp. of cocoa and added a little extra sweetener. Bake in mini bread pans.
