Tandoori Cauliflower. Grind ginger and garlic finely. Mix 1 tbsp tandoori spice mix (cardamom, cumin, coriander seeds, cloves and cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, turmeric and paprika) lemon juice and 1 tsp salt mix. 150 g yoghurt stir. Coat the cauliflower in a bowl on all sides with marinade, cover, marinate for about 1 1/2 hours.
