The SS officer at the far right of the photo, presenting profile to the camera, is Himmler's chief-of-staff and SS Liaison Officer with Hitler, Karl Wolff.
An unusual snapshot of Albert Speer, Munition minister, sitting on doorsteps apparently tired, 22 Dec 1942. Speer saved his neck at Nuremberg by playing the role of sorrowful Nazi. Only after his death, evidence showed he was knowing and complicit in criminal actions.
