To Rome with Love: 3/5. Woody Allen, what can I say. You're either going to get brilliant subtle comic neurosis or miss-matched quirky romance. To Rome with Love surprised me. Woody can still write and cast a movie that makes you laugh out loud and fall in love with a city or culture. Wearing his requisite baggy chinos and serviceable shoes, his character is out of sorts from his first scene to the last and that's why we love him.
