Use soda pop or water bottles with holes to water plants individually. Saves water and gets the water where you need it.
Tomato plant irrigation using a plastic bottle is such a great idea for the hot Florida climate. I use pots to grow my tomatoes and this will be a wonderful way to water the roots.
tomato plant irrigation : Good idea in theory; but I'd be worried about it leaching chemicals/toxins into the surrounding earth. I wouldn't want that on my tomatoes. If it was safe; I'd think this was a great idea for reusing plastic bottles.

DIY Glow Jars All you will need are some cleaned mason jars, a paint brush and some glowing paint, which you can purchase at any craft store. Once you have washed and dried your jars, simply prep your glowing paint by mixing it up so that the particles are evenly spread. You then dip your paintbrush into the paint and dot the inside of the jars. Of course, you don’t have to stick with dots and can do any crazy design.

homemade baby wipes. Really cool concept. The basic idea behind a baby wipe is a paper towel + some sort of cleaning product, so why not cut a paper towel in half (to get the size right) and dip it in a cleaning product and make it yourself. Here's the dipping ingredients they use here : 1 roll Bounty Select-A-Size paper towels 1 1/2 tablespoons baby bath 1 tablespoon baby oil 2 cups water Have to wonder if other cleaning products would work well.

Homemade Body Wash: 6 cups water, 3 bars of soap, grated. Put into a pan on the stove on medium heat, stirring occasionally until all the soap is dissolved. Transfer to a glass jar or bowl and allow to cool, then pour into a plastic bottle for shower use! (It will thickens as it cools). Note: If you try another type bar soap it will turn out too thick with only 6 cups of water - may need to add more.

Rain Drops by Evan Gant. All this concept needs are plastic bottles, a structure, and gutters, which catch rainwater. The bottles are a cheaper way of storing water and a great way to reuse those soda bottles. They can be cleaned easily and maintained easily too, when compared to larger storage units. An attachment to the bottles allows free flowing water with which people can wash their hands and stay clean. RainDrops makes use of UV rays and the pathogens in the water would be killed easily.
OH! So that's where bottled water comes from!

Rain drop collector You may not realize that our planet is fairly lack of water. Actually, saving water is much more important than saving gas. Without gas, you can’t drive, however, without water, you can’t live. This so-called Rain Drops designed for collecting Rain water from the roof. Sure, they are not drinkable, but you can use it to water your garden or washing your hands! What’s more, the wasted plastic bottles can be reused.
