    Raw Fish Porn...I Love Sushi

    I've developed a major thing for Japanese food in general...especially sushi...have worked my way up from California rolls through "creatve" rolls to full-on raw fish..I have loads of pics because I'm one of those fools who feels compelled to share on Facebook...and now Pinterest. If you don't like sushi, feel free NOT to follow this board and/or make snarky comments

    Another of Isaac's special rolls... salmon, mango, tobiko, cucumber, mint, wrapped in rice paper... the "sauce" is miso based... providing a savory contrast to the sweetness of the mango... it was amazing!!

    My absolute favorite sashimi...it's sold as "white tuna", but its actually escolar...it has a rich buttery taste unlike any other sashimi..but you have to be careful to limit your consumption to 6 oz or less at a time...more than that can have an "explosive" effect on your digestive system..temporary and soooo worth it

    My first sea urchin..if it weren't for Anthony Bourdain practically having the big "O" everytime he has it, I probably wouldn't have tried it...it was AMAZING! and the quail egg was perfect with it
